A project to rebrand and reposition an existing news website as OneMK and introduce a brand new online advertising solution to new businesses.

We launched OneMK in to a neglected territory for the business which required a lot of market research, acquisition of new data sets, a complete CRM strategy targeting both B2B and B2C customers.

We produced signage, events, event sponsorship, sales collateral, how to videos, about us video, daily RSS newsletters and automated email programs for each buying journey. We used the newspaper leaflets and banners.

RESULTS

The B2B e-CRM strategy including onboarding, nursery and second-purchase programs for advertisers achieved a 25% average open rate and 18% CTR to previously unengaged prospects.
